Sutherland’s Real Estate Company, as a business name at the time but has since been incorporated on the 4th of April 2025 to a Limited Company now being: Sutherland’s Real Estate Co. Ltd, is a legally registered, internationally recognized, “One-Stop-Shop” real estate brand and business on the island of St. Vincent and the Grenadines since September, 2010. It was founded on the basis of Almighty God who is its true Head. It is made up of a Founder and Managing Director, Board of Directors, Partner, an In-House Lawyer and Management Team. ” We Strive For Excellence ” is our Motto because we believe that in Honesty, Credibility and having Integrity is the best way to do business.
