Service Rates
PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
- Minimum charge of USD $750 per month for a commercial arrangement covering one service.
- An additional charge of USD $250 per month applies for each additional management service required.
- Minimum charge of USD $200 per month for a domestic arrangement covering one service.
- An additional charge of USD $100 per month applies for each additional management service required.

PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT
- Charges are to be negotiated based on the size, scope, and complexity of the project or task.
PROPERTY SALE
- Listing Fee: USD $250 (one-time payment).
- Additional charges (percentage-based commission) will be negotiated based on the arrangement between the Agency and the Seller/Vendor.
TENANT SELECTION
- Commercial Arrangement: USD $650.
- Domestic Arrangement: USD $250.
- The fee includes:
- Rental advertising
- Property viewings
- Final tenant selection
- Alternatively, a fee equivalent to 25% of the monthly rent charged may be accepted on a monthly basis for a period of up to one year.
PREPARATION OF RENTAL/LEASE AGREEMENTS
- USD $150 Per Contract
- Please note that lawyer's or solicitor's fees are not included and will be charged separately where applicable.
GARAGE SALE SERVICES
- USD $300,Including:
- Advertisement
- Site Preparation
- Sale of up to five (5) items
- Additional charges will be negotiated and applied for each item exceeding five (5) items.
EVICTION SERVICES
- USD $200 for arranging and serving eviction notices.
- Additional charges may apply and will be negotiated for delinquent or difficult tenant cases.
FINDER'S FEE SERVICE
- Charges are negotiated individually for each service, whether domestic or commercial.
- Full payment is required upfront before the commencement of the service. However, exceptions may be made in certain circumstances, allowing for a 50% deposit prior to the commencement of the service, with the remaining balance payable as agreed.
BUYER'S AGENT SERVICE
- Professional representation and property acquisition assistance are provided for both local and overseas buyers seeking to purchase real estate in St. Vincent and the Grenadines.
- Where applicable, the Agency's commission is payable by the property owner or vendor.
