PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
Minimum charge of USD$750/month for commercial arrangement for one service, additional charge of USD$250 for each other management service required and minimum charge of USD$200/month for domestic arrangement for one service, additional charge of USD$100 for each other management service required learn more.

Charges to be negotiated based on the size of job or task.
PROPERTY SALE
Listing Fee: $250 USD (one-off payment). Other charges (percentage wise) to be negotiated based on arrangement between the agency and the seller/vendor.
TENANT SELECTION
USD$650 for commercial arrangement and USD$250 for domestic arrangement to include for rent advertising, property viewing and final selection of tenants. Alternatively, a percentage of 25% of the rent charged may be accepted on a monthly basis for up to one year.
PREPARATION OF RENT/LEASE CONTRACTS
US$150 for each service. Lawyer’s/solicitor’s charges not included.
GARAGE SALE
USD$300 to include for advertisement, site preparation and sale of up to 5 items. An additional charge will be negotiated and applied for each item in excess of 5.
EVICTION SERVICES
USD$200 for arranging and serving eviction letters. Further charges to be negotiated for delinquent/difficult tenants.
FINDER’S FEE SERVICE
Charges to be negotiated for each service (domestic or commercial). A full payment is required upfront prior to the commencement of each service. However, exceptions can be made in some cases for a deposit of half (50%) payment upfront prior to the commencement of each service.
BUYER’S AGENT SERVICE
Professional representation and property acquisition assistance for local and overseas buyers seeking to purchase real estate in St. Vincent and the Grenadines. The Agency’s commission is payable by the property owner/vendor where applicable.

- Additional charges will be negotiated and applied for each item exceeding five (5) items.

- Charges are negotiated individually for each service, whether domestic or commercial.
- Full payment is required upfront before the commencement of the service. However, exceptions may be made in certain circumstances, allowing for a 50% deposit prior to the commencement of the service, with the remaining balance payable as agreed.

- Professional representation and property acquisition assistance are provided for both local and overseas buyers seeking to purchase real estate in St. Vincent and the Grenadines.
- Where applicable, the Agency's commission is payable by the property owner or vendor.
