About Me

Kody Chapman is from San Diego, USA and is currently a student at the University of Southern California, studying real estate finance and development. He works as an Overseas Agent and Finance Representative by contract, gaining hands-on experience while sharpening his understanding of the industry. Kody has a strong interest in capital markets and brokerage, drawn to the fast-paced, relationship-driven nature of the business. Outside the classroom, he enjoys staying active through running, surfing, and playing pickleball, and he’s always looking for opportunities to grow and connect within the real estate space.
