Stenneth Sutherland
Stenneth Sutherland, as the Owner/Founder and Managing Director of Sutherland's Real Estate Co. Ltd, was born as the second of four (4) children, and grew up in the small town of Barrouallie in the Caribbean Island of St. Vincent and the Grenadines. Ever since he was a boy, he always dreamt of owning his own business. After completing school, he acquired many skills, knowledge and exposure to fields in St. Vincent and other countries such as: hospital administration, insurance salesmanship, supervision and some military training. These helped to mould him into a well-rounded individual which then provided the foundation for starting his own business. His passion and admiration for property led him to choose Real Estate as his business and he has developed a love for this career choice. His belief that people have a right to live comfortably influenced his selection of his business slogan: “Your Comfort Is Our Business”. Also, the motto “We Strive For Excellence” will demonstrate his commitment to delivering exemplary service.
Karlon McLean
Karlon McLean is a Director responsible for Branding and Copywriting. His journey from being a plumber to creative strategist is what makes him uniquely effective at what he does. Starting in the trades taught him precision and problem-solving, while his Associate Degree in Fine Arts and teaching experience in both plumbing and visual arts showed him how to translate complex ideas into messages that truly connect. He's that rare breed who gets equally excited about a perfectly crafted headline and a well-structured analytics dashboard (Google Data Analytics certified, naturally). What drives him is creating brands and narratives that don't just look good — they perform, because he believes the best storytelling happens at the intersection of authentic creativity and solid strategy. When he's not word-smithing or developing brand identities, you'll find him exploring new creative techniques or sketching out ideas for the next big project — after all, inspiration strikes everywhere, and in this business, you've got to stay ready for it.

Home Jewels Decor is an Interior design/ decorator and staging business. I started off doing freebies for family and friends. I was then encouraged to do decorating professionally and actually make a living. I started my business part time, as I also worked in the medical field full time, and quickly made my business my main focus. I have worked mainly with Realtors in Toronto and Canada. Staging homes for sale, and also decorating for my private clients, whether it be homes, offices, or events. I’m so excited to continue my Interior Decorating business, on the beautiful island of St. Vincent and the Grenadines, the island of my birth, and surrounding islands also. “I am committed to creating beautiful, functional, and inviting spaces for both residential and commercial clients.
